I am a qualified veterinary physiotherapist, with experience running a mobile veterinary physiotherapy business, working with horses of all types, from pleasure horses through to competition athletes. I enjoy taking a holistic approach to each horse, considering biomechanics, management, and training alongside hands on treatment. I have a particular interest in research, specifically saddle fit and its impact on equine biomechanics, comfort and welfare.
Outside of clinic work, I am very much a horse person through and through, with a particular passion for natural horsemanship and liberty work, whilst also enjoying competing myself. I am currently raising a 7 month old foal, with the hope of producing her to compete in ridden showing. This process has given me a real appreciation for correct development from an early age and the demands placed on both horse and rider in this sport.
